The young man always seemed measured when talking football. Good luck Raymond in your battle.

84 caps for England in the days when you had to be half decent to get a call up.

Always enjoyed his commentary on Football Italia on Sunday afternoons.

Hope he pulls through.

Met him at Chelsea's a couple of seasons back and he took the the time to come over and talk to us and our kids. Good fella. All the best Butch.

Ray Wilkins, professional footballer, massive heart attack at 61

Arnold Schwarzeneggar, professional body builder, massive heart condition at 50 and valve replacement at 70

Bill Maynard, professional fat, lazy bastard dies peacefully in his bed eating a kebab and smoking a cigar at age 90.

There is a lesson for us all in there

Sid - people can be fat and fit.

Some have a muscular core under the blubber.

Such people, although rare, don't have the health problems unfit fat people have.
